Windward is the district along Windward Parkway in the northeast of the City of Alpharetta, around Lake Windward and beside the office campuses of the GA 400 corridor. The Golf Club of Georgia, a private 36-hole club, is also in Alpharetta.

North of here the Fulton–Forsyth line runs east and west, and homes on either side share Alpharetta mailing addresses. A Windward-area listing should be checked on the county parcel map before anything else.
